Prostate Biopsy
A prostate biopsy is a test conducted to eliminate small samples of prostate tissue that is to be examined under a microscope. When is it performed? A prostate biopsy is conducted when a blood test indicates high level of prostate specific antigen (PSA), a chemical made by both normal and cancerous prostate cells. A high level of PSA in blood usually (not always) indicates cancer and can also be caused by other prostate diseases. This is also conducted when a digital rectal examination shows an abnormal prostate or a lump. The motive of this biopsy is to determining whether a lump discovered in the prostate gland is cancer and the actual cause of the increased level of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in the blood. The preparation for prostate biopsy: You must inform your doctor about any sort of bleeding problems you have ever experienced. The doctor must be actually aware of the allergy you have towards any sort of medications including anesthetics. The doctor must also be aware of the names of doses of all your medications including blood-thinning medications such as warfarin, heparin, enoxaparin, aspirin, ibuprofen or other nonsteroidal antinflammatory drugs. You would also require to sign a consent form that says you understand the risks related to prostate biopsy and agree for a prostate biopsy to be conducted. The procedure: The prostate biopsy is conducted by a surgeon or a doctor who is specialist in men’s genital or urine related problems. You may be offered antibiotics to prevent infection. You require taking off all your clothes and put on a hospital gown. The biopsy site skin is cleaned with an antiseptic solution and the area around it is covered by a sterile cloth. The doctor wears sterile gloves. Transrectal ultrasound is sued as guidance to the placement of the needle during a prostate biopsy. You may either be asked to kneel, lie on your back or side with your feet resting in stirrups. The doctor injects a local anesthetic around the prostate gland prior the biopsy is taken. The whole procedure takes about 30 minutes. The procedure can also be undertaken via urethra or the perineum. You may feel a brief, sharp pain as the biopsy needle is inserted in to the prostate gland. The results of the prostate biopsy would be avail within two days. Usually, several samples are collected at a time.

Lost green card
If you have a lost Green Card, fortunately all may not be lost. The first thing to do will be not to panic, and to inform the relevant immigration services of your mishap. As long as you have had no problems with your stay in the United States, then you should be ok. It may simply be a matter of getting to the relevant authority and being awarded a temporary proof of status while you are issued with a new Green Card. This may take a while, as your records and status are checked, but as long as you are covered with the temporary proof you should be ok. There could be fees involved. Having a lost Green Card does not mean that you will immediately lose all of the privileges that you have been awarded. What you must do is inform immigration of what has happened as soon as you have found out that it is missing. Do not delay in this matter, as the Green Card is an important form of identification. It will have your signature, photograph as well as your fingerprint upon it. The status of the card is something that affords privileges such as being able to work legally, and to vote in local and state elections. This is not something to lose or be without. It is important to realize that a lost Green Card is not the end of the world. You should be able to get a replacement fairly easily, even though it may take some time and some fees may be applied to the application. There are resources on the Internet of where to go and what forms to get in order to apply for a new one. This almost falls under the same- jurisdiction of having to renew your Green Card after having it for ten years. When residing in another country, but remaining as a citizen of your native land, it is important to be as diligent as you can over your legal documents. If you do face problems, then you may have to resort to finding a Green Card attorney to help you out. Hopefully the situation should not deteriorate to such a point, especially if all of your paperwork is in order and you have good proof of your status with you. If you have a lost Green Card, sort out the problem immediately, the authorities will likely do all they can to help you rectify the situation, but it some circumstances it could raise problems of you getting employed somewhere if it is found to be missing.
Scientist on climate change

Scientist on climate change
There are some scientist on climate change that are saying that it not the cause of the increasing hurricanes that we have been seeing over the past few years.. But if you look at the list of hurricanes that we have had and the amount of major hurricanes you can see that there has been more and the number seems to be increasing. So if it is not due to the climate change what is the cause. They have said that this is nothing that we haven’t seen before Then you have other scientist on climate change disputing this conclusion made by hurricane specialist Chris Landsea and have found significance in their own research that has shown that because of the warming of the earth the hurricanes are increasing in intensity. It’s difficult to know which one to believe, but does it really matter. But the evidence is extremely coincidental. The earth begins to heat up and more and more storms have been brewing and not just any storms hurricanes that have destroyed areas. It seems like there are just so many people that don’t want to think about the world changing due to the fact that it’s getting warmer, but there is no way that it couldn’t. Everything living in the world depends on their habitat to be a specific temperature, and all of a sudden it’s warmer than it was. Fish are moving up north looking for cooler waters and this throws off the balance. Things were created to be a specific way and this climate change is throwing everything off. Scientist on climate change has all been working hard to prove each of their theories right. On the one side that doesn’t see the changes in the weather, the sea or the rising heat. Then you have the other side that is blaming everything on the climate change. Listen there is no way to believe that the world can just begin heating up and nothing would happen as a result of it. If you watch the weather channel they show you that hot air and cool air and the storm that is coming. Well there is hotter air so why wouldn’t weather patterns begin too change. You can find out just how many storms that we have had by searching on the internet, this list lays out every storm and the type of storm that it was. It’s actually great to see because it shows you over the past few years. Things have become a bit more frequent and definitely more intense.
