Marijuana migraine
To some this may be a strange subject, but to others it has been their cure. Putting the two words marijuana and migraine together, will remind some people of the terrible migraine they received after they smoked, but, believe it or not, others will remember these two words as they best they had ever heard! Yes, in many countries marijuana is illegal and you can get into a lot of trouble for being in possession of it, but in other countries it’s as legal as a headache tablet or a loaf of bread. Many people have said that for years they suffered the most awful migraines, saw multiple doctors and experts regarding the subject and took just about every medication on the market to try and cure their problem, but to no avail. Nothing worked for them and they lived with daily pains in their head, some experienced with aura and some without. This was all until they heard that by smoking some pot, they will rid their migraines. This may sound like a fairytale, but to the sufferers it was like heaven. They said that they could actually feel the migraine going away when they inhaled the smoke from the joint made from marijuana. Migraine sufferers had never felt so much relief at once, they were so happy that they had finally found a cure to their ongoing problem, but then they asked themselves of the addiction that accompanies marijuana. If you are a smoker of pot, you might be smoking it because you are addicted to it or it might be due to the fact that it’s the only thing that helps you get through the day and sleep at night. If you can control the way you smoke you can prevent addiction. Do not pretend that you have a migraine therefore have to have a quick joint; that is right up addictions alley. If you get migraines on a daily basis try smoking one joint everyday, after about a month you should start noticing that your migraines do not occur that often or they are much less severe than they used to be. As for the countries where it’s illegal to smoke the herb, you might have a slight problem! I’m definitely not saying go against the law, but this is your health we are talking about! You will be able to get through your day normally, with no pain. You make the decision.
Alternative music charts

Alternative music charts
The word alternative was used to explain that music which was an alternate for popular music and was never incorporated on mainstream radio. Eventually it ruled the pop charts and it got integrated into mainstream radio. During the late 70′s and early 80′s punk music started getting monotonous and people began looking for something different and thus sprung alternative music. Punk music in the 70′s was getting very ferocious with artist sending out boisterous and loud messages of displeasure about the status quo. Punk rock songs were never about peace and love but about financial powerlessness and social inept and gradually its artist got languished into obscurity. Alternative music never dreamed of making it to the top but with radio stations and magazines promoting bands the future of alternative music began looking fruitful. Bands such as Husker Du, The Replacements, Black flag, R.E.M. and Sonic Youth began getting worldwide attention. Towards the end of 1980′s alternative music was noticed by major labels and they began buying them. In the year 1991an album released by Geffen records scaled to the alternative music charts and the fate of alternative music changed forever. Soon after in the year 1992 ‘Nevermind’ an album by Nirvana’s reached the number one Billboards alternative music charts by knocking down Michael Jackson and thus alternative music reached the forefront. Then came Pearl Jam’s debut album ‘Ten’. The songs such as Alive and Back and Jeremy transformed music forever. An amazing number of bands got classified as alternative in the following years. Smashing Pumpkins, Courtney Love’s Hole, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Nine Inch nails gained popularity. By 2007 it still got better with great music releases. Alternative music charts had by now occupied the hearts of many youngsters who were desperately looking out for an alternate music. By the late 1990′s alternative music had turned into a full-fledged musical movement. Alternative music charts had become marketable and a big business. Alternative artists got mainstream acceptance and were being heard on popular radio stations, an idea that looked fictional a few years ago. Alanis Morrisette, Blur, Bjork along with the very recent The Kings of Leon, the White Stripes and the Foo fighters emerged as excellent groups of alternative music. Each of them are distinct in their own way and offer their fans a variety each time they come up with an album. With the arrival of MP3′s and internet the future of alternative music looks paradoxical. Although alternative music keeps improving, it may not reach higher than this in future. Alternative music has been a savior in the 90′s and will continue doing so by evolving itself.
Snorkeling girl

Snorkeling girl
Snorkeling is definitely not just for adults. Children as young as six can be taught the basics of safety, equipment care and moving through the water. Imagine the delight of your snorkeling girl as she finds a whole world which she did not know existed. A snorkeling girl or boy is a fascinating sight to watch. They become so engrossed in becoming one with the world below that they can lose all sense of time or direction. If your daughter is bored with life in front of the television set, or if you feel she needs to spend less time at the computer playing games or chatting with friends, why not check out the possibilities of a snorkeling camp for youngsters aged six to 13. An example is the boys and girls snorkeling camp taught through the auspices of Florida Tech University in Melbourne Florida. For a fee of $100 children will be introduced to the fundamentals of snorkeling. The basic structure of the class is intended as a lead-in to the more advanced techniques of SCUBA diving, but snorkeling can also be considered on its own merits. The class is taught in a safe, friendly and fun environment by qualified instructors. Emphasis is placed on proper fit and usage of equipment, proper techniques of entering the water, care of the equipment, defogging and clearing techniques for the mask and breathing tube respectively, two types of kicks, and breathing methods. Attention is paid to the learning abilities of this age group, so learning tasks are interspersed with pool games. The instructors include basic first aid techniques learning for added safety in snorkeling There are plenty of rewards both in self satisfaction and in more material items such as certificates and t-shirts. Your snorkeling girl will finish the class with knowledge about snorkeling that will enable her select and care for her equipment, enter and exit the water properly, move through the water with ease, and practice safety methods such as the buddy system She will gain self-confidence in learning to master an unfamiliar element, and this is perhaps the most important tool of the entire Snorkeling Basics Camp curriculum. A word or two to the parents is advised. It’s up to the parent to provide equipment for their child which fits properly and is in good condition. It is also up to the parent to ensure that the Basic Snorkeling Techniques class is not beyond the capabilities of their snorkeling girl. For instance, it must be understood that a class in snorkeling techniques is not a swimming class. If your daughter is afraid of water, deal with that first, then expose her to the joys of snorkeling.
